There are a lot of good cooks at Viget. From Saad's and Josh's dals to Blair's Oreo-stuffed chocolate chip cookies and KV's homemade candy bars, we can bring it. But, front-end designer Trevor has been outshining everyone lately with some pristinely plated dishes. To be fair, we've only experienced his cooking via Flickr. However, the plates look so professional and delicious that we're sure they're out of sight! (Hmm ... Come to think of it, Trevor has a fauxhawk. Perhaps he's a distant relative of a certain other fauxhawked chef ... )
